1. Order & payments

After you have placed your order, you’ll reach our order confirmation page. Make sure to follow all the steps in the checkout process to complete the order. Thereafter, we’ll send you a confirmation email or text with your ordered items and payment method.

Yes. We do offer international shipping at the moment.

Sometimes there may be problems delivering to the address which you have given us. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss this.

Place all the products you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. When checking out, enter the discount code in the field “Discount code” and we’ll apply the discount to your purchase.

Once you have placed your order, we cannot cancel or alter it. If you wish to change any items, you can simply return the items you don’t want to keep for a refund and place a new order.

2. Return & refunds

We hope you’ll be satisfied with everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve created a quick and easy return service. Returning goods is free and you can return any item(s) purchased at buxstyle.com within 3-5 days from the delivery date. Just make sure to use the return label and fill in the return document. This saves us time in the return process, helps us realize how we can improve and you’ll get the refund more quickly.

Once we receive your return, please allow your order up to 5 days to process. As soon as we are done with your return, you’ll get a confirmation mail.

At the moment, exchanging your products is not possible. If you, for instance, have bought the wrong size and want this exchanged, make an ordinary return of the product and place a new order on the correct item.

3. Delivery

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an e-mail with a link to track your parcel. Click on the link if you want to keep an eye on its process as it makes its way to you.

In many cases, it’s possible. Write to us as soon as possible and inform us about the address you want to change from to the new delivery address. Write this from the e-mail you ordered from and don’t forget to include your order number. This is for us to maintain a high security on our deliveries.

If your order is delayed, we will always try to contact you with an updated delivery date. Please notice that our sales periods might require an extended delivery time. We’re always happy to help you, so please don’t hesitate to contact us for any questions regarding your order.

4. Product & Stock

Unfortunately, not at the moment. At selected retailers we offer our Made-to-Measure service, which enables you to create and personalize a shirt with perfect fit and your very own design.

Paying extra attention to how you wash and take care of your clothes will not only prolong their life length, but also help minimize their environmental impact. To follow the care instructions attached to the shirt is a good place to start.
