RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We prioritize your satisfaction and apologize if your purchase falls short. To facilitate exchanges and returns, please follow these conditions:
– Use the item without signs of wear.
– Keep all tags intact.
– Report faults or size/color mistakes promptly.
– Send the item to Bux Style within 15 days.
– Cover shipping costs.
– Bear all associated costs (shipping, taxes, duties).
Failure to meet these conditions means we can’t process claims for exchanges or refunds, even if items are mailed back.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable or returnable through our online portal.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Initiate exchanges or returns within 15 days of the invoice date, and 15 days for overseas orders. Visit www.buxstyle.com for both local and overseas deliveries.
2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE
2.1 Include your original invoice with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
2.2 Complete the Exchange/Return Request Form [here](#) and follow the provided steps.
2.3 Mail your parcel using a traceable postage mode.
2.4 Wait for our email confirmation, notifying you once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready, processed within 5 working days upon receiving your parcel.
2.5 Returns will be refunded via online Store Credit Vouchers, valid for 30 days and applicable online.
2.6 Online Store Credit Vouchers are for a single transaction and are not refundable, extendable, or exchangeable for cash.
2.7 The voucher amount is the buying price of the product in the original invoice. No refunds for delivery charges.
2.8 Buxstyle.com covers shipping back to you if a product is defective or there’s a wrong shipment. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
2.9 No refunds for taxes, duties, tariffs, and excise charges for overseas orders.

3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
3.1 Returns and exchanges can only be made once.
3.2 Free returns may be disqualified if subsequent items are the same as a previous order.
3.3 Our policy doesn’t cover damage from unique, accidental, or random damage due to use or wear and tear.
3.4 Buxstyle makes no warranty, express or implied, governed by the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Pakistan.
