1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Firstly, make sure your request meets the following conditions:

  • You must initiate the process within 15 days of the invoice date.

  • Items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Tags and labels must stay intact.

  • Sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. How to Start Your Return or Exchange

To begin, simply follow these steps:

  1. Visit www.buxstyle.com and complete the Return/Exchange Request Form.

  2. Attach your original invoice and pack your item securely.

  3. Ship it through a reliable and trackable courier service. You can check shipping options here.

  4. After we receive your parcel, we process requests within 5–8 working days and send you an email confirmation.

3. Refunds and Store Credit

  • If approved, you will receive an Online Store Credit Voucher, valid for 30 days.

  • The voucher can be used for a single transaction on buxstyle.com.

  • Please note: shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • However, if you received a wrong or defective item, we cover the return shipping cost.

4. Exchanges

In many cases, customers prefer an exchange instead of a refund. Here’s how it works:

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we issue a Store Credit Voucher.

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

5. International Returns

For overseas orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping fees.

  • Customs duties, tariffs, and taxes.

Even so, we make sure your store credit works seamlessly on our online shop.

6. Non-Returnable Items
